On Tuesday 5th May, our Year 12 and Year 13 students enjoyed an unforgettable reward trip to London to see Six the Musical. A group of 30 students traveled together for this exciting experience, celebrating their hard work and commitment throughout the year.
Six is a modern, high-energy, pop concert-style production that reimagines the six wives of Henry VIII as a 21st-century girl group. Each queen takes to the stage to share her story, competing to prove who had the most difficult life - all in a bid to become the lead singer. Moving beyond the familiar “Divorced, Beheaded, Died, Divorced, Beheaded, Survived” rhyme, the show gives each queen her own voice, identity, and moment to shine.
Students had a fantastic time, immersing themselves in the music, humour, and powerful storytelling. It was a brilliant opportunity to enjoy live theatre and celebrate together.
